Internal AI-assisted workflows may summarize an inquiry or prepare a draft. Those artifacts remain drafts and require human review before any outbound communication or customer-facing use.
Sensitive information
Do not submit passwords, payment-card information, protected health information, private employee records, or other highly sensitive material through the public contact form.
